The cost of at least one parking space and storage space is added to each apartment price.
Cost of storage: 3000 €.
Parking space / on the 1st open floor of the building / cost: 7000 €.
Parking space / in the yard area with a barrier / cost: 4000 €.  
The developer reserves the right to adjust prices.

The sales price includes

• completion of the apartment according to the project
• interior finishing according to the chosen interior finishing package.
• connection fee to the electricity company
• connection fee with the water supply and sewerage company
• connection of security and fire alarm system
• connection to the telephone network and cable TV network

The sales price does not include

• the notary fee and the state fee related to the conclusion of the sales contract
• the cost of a parking space
• the cost of a storage space

3 stages of the sales process

• Booking – The apartment reservation is valid for 15 calendar days, we book free of charge.
• Notarised contract of sale/purchase – the parties’ choices, obligations and rights are fixed. The client pays 10% of the total purchase price.
• Notarial purchase/sale contract in rem – to be concluded after the building is completed. The client pays 90% of the total purchase price.
