Kesk-Nõmme Residentsid – a home where distinctive architecture, modern interiors and a desired location in the heart of Nõmme come together.
The building is divided into sections of different heights, separated by a spacious and light-filled stairwell. Red brick and white window frames give the building a timeless and elegant appearance that complements Nõmme's architectural heritage.
The building will feature a total of 13 spacious homes and 1 room for commercial use. Well-considered floor plans ensure a comfortable living environment — living rooms and balconies face the inner courtyard. The selection includes 2- to 5-room apartments ranging in size from 44 to 120 m². Each home has a private balcony, the commercial space features a terrace.
A car park, storage areas and a bicycle storage room are planned underground. All floors are served by a lift.
A children's playground is planned for the inner courtyard.

The block-walled building will be constructed on a concrete foundation. The exterior walls will be insulated and finished with specially shaped brick-imitation cladding panels.
The walls between apartments and the service shafts are built from masonry blocks, while the internal apartment walls are plasterboard partitions with wool insulation.
The floors are assembled from reinforced concrete hollow-core panels, on top of which an insulation layer is installed to reduce impact noise and a concrete floor slab is poured.
The roof is covered with bitumen roofing material; the roof of the underground car park is landscaped.
Apartments have wood-aluminum framed windows and balcony doors with triple-glazed units. The apartment entrance doors are covered with stained wood veneer layer, while the interior doors are framed and painted to match the walls.

Calculated energy class A and solar panels on the roof.
The building uses district heating. Apartments feature underfloor water heating, which each apartment owner can conveniently regulate on a room-by-room basis.
Each apartment has an individual heat-recovery ventilation unit, where the outgoing air is used to pre-heat the incoming fresh air, thereby saving energy. Apartments are equipped with cooling system pre-installation.
Hot water is supplied from the central heat exchanger. Each apartment has remote cold and hot water meters, which automatically transmit readings to the corresponding central device.
Each apartment has its own electrical distribution panel with circuit breakers and router installation readiness. Apartment electricity meters are remotely readable.
The car park is equipped with pre-installation for electric vehicle charging.
There are two ports for data transmission in the living room and one in the bedrooms. A communications network with CAT6 cabling will be built to connect to a telecommunications service company. The router can be installed in the electrical distribution panel.
