THE APARTMENT PRICE INCLUDES:

apartment readiness according to the project
interior finishing according to the selected finishing package
connection fee for the electricity network
connection fee for heating, water supply, and sewerage
readiness for connection to the fire alarm systems
readiness for connection to the internet
2-year warranty starting from the completion of the building

THE APARTMENT PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

notary fees and state fees related to the sales contract
the cost of a parking space
the cost of a storage room
the cost of cooling equipment

3 STAGES OF THE SALES PROCESS:

RESERVATION AGREEMENT

The client pays a reservation fee of €4000. The reservation fee secures the apartment until the conclusion of the purchase agreement. The reservation fee is deducted from the apartment price.

NOTARIZED PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Records the choices, obligations, and rights of both parties. The client pays 10% of the total price.

NOTARIZED REAL RIGHTS CONTRACT

Concluded after the building is completed. The client pays 90% of the total price.
