SALES INFORMATION

The apartment sale price includes:

  • The apartment’s readiness as per the design
  • Interior finishes according to the chosen interior package
  • Connection fee to the electricity network company
  • Connection fee to the heating, water supply, and sewerage company
  • Provision for telephone network and cable TV connection
  • A 2-year warranty from the completion of the building

The apartment sale price does not include:

  • Notary fees and state duties related to the sales agreement
  • The cost of a parking space
  • The cost of a storage unit

3 stages of the sales process

Reservation agreement

The client pays a reservation fee of €4000. The reservation fee secures the client's reservation of the apartment until the signing of the sales agreement. The reservation fee will be deducted from the final price of the apartment.

Notarial agreement of sale under the law of obligations

The choices, obligations, and rights of both parties are set out in the agreement. The client pays 10% of the total price.

Notarial agreement of sale under the property law

This agreement is signed after the building's completion. The client pays 90% of the total price.
