Architecture

The apartment building is a concrete building with a rectangular base, partly 2 aboveground floors, partly 9 aboveground floors and 2 underground floors, with a reinforced concrete load-bearing structure and thermally insulted exterior walls. The apartment building has 1-;2-; 3- and 4-room apartments.
The building’s -1st floor is designed to house garages, storage rooms and commercial premises.
The building’s -2nd floor is designed to house garages and storage rooms.
The building’s 9-floor part’s 9th and 8th floors are designed to house larger 4-room double-floor apartments with large terraces and balconies.
The building’s overall volume will be sectioned by balconies.
The elevator will be in the building’s 9-floor part; the building’s 2-floor part has 2 staircases.
The courtyard will house 24 parking spots for cars, green squares, a trash house, driveways and walking paths, and a children’s playground.

Utility system

  • ventilation – the apartments are designed to have an individual heat-recovery ventilation system with an apartment-based ventilation device

  • doors – the building’s exterior door: metal frame door with hardened glass; apartments’ exterior doors: wooden doors with veneer
  • roof – flat roof with SBS rolled material covering and thermal insulation
