Terms of sale
The price includes:
- the apartment completed in accordance with the design
- interior finishing in accordance with the chosen interior finishing package
- the fee for the connection to the electricity transmission system operator’s network
- the fee for the connection to the heating, water supply, and sewerage operator’s network
- readiness for the connection of security and fire alarm systems
- readiness for the connection to the telephone network and cable television
The price does not include:
- the notary’s fee and state fees associated with the conclusion of the sales contract
- the price of a parking spot
- the price of a storage room
Three stages of the sale process:
- Reservation – the apartment reservation usually remains valid for 15 calendar days and is free of charge.
- Notarized sale contract under the law of obligations – the agreement states the options selected, rights and obligations. The customer pays 10% of the total cost of sale.
- Notarized real estate sale contract – to be concluded after the construction of the building has been completed. The customer pays 90% of the total cost of sale.
