Utility systems

  • heating system – central heating with a heating system manifold located inside the house, floor heating in living rooms on the 9th and 10th floors, radiator-based heating on 1st-8th floors
  • ventilation – apartments on the 9th and 10th floors will have individual ventilation systems with heat exchange (necessary ventilation equipment is located in apartments); apartments on 1st-8th floors will have system where the incoming air is taken in through air inlets in the external walls; the air is brought out via wet rooms, kitchens, and living rooms. Special equipment allows using the heat of the exhausted air for heating domestic water. No air conditioning is offered
  • water supply and sewerage –hot water is obtained from the heating unit with help of the heat exchanger, each apartment has individual meters for cold and hot water
  • electricity – dual-rate meters for each apartment in the main board room of the building
  • communications and television – each apartment is ready for connection to communication services
  • fire alarm – one local smoke detector per apartment is installed, cable works in each apartment provide for readiness for connection to security company’s services
  • security alarm – cable works in each apartment provide for readiness for connection to security company services
  • the apartment building has aclass C energy certificate that provides for low operating expenses duringwinter months
