Terms of Sale

The apartment price includes

Apartment completion in accordance with the design;
Interior finishing in accordance with the selected interior finishing package;
Connection fee for the electricity network;
Connection fee for the heating, water supply and sewerage;
Telephone network and cable television connection readiness;
2-year warranty starting from the completion of the building.

The apartment price does not include

Notary fees and state fees associated with the sales contract;
The cost of a parking space;
The cost of a storage room;
The cost of glazed balcony enclosures.

Reservation agreement

The client pays a reservation fee of 4000€. The reservation fee secures the apartment until the conclusion of the notarized purchase agreement. The reservation fee is deducted from the apartment price.

Notarized purchase agreement

Records the choices, obligations, and rights of both parties. The client pays 10% of the total purchase price.

Notarized real rights contract

Concluded after the completion of the building. The client pays 90% of the total purchase price.
